Kiron Kurien:
A couple of years after being diagnosed with a long term condition I had the opportunity to attend the Expert Patients Programme (EPP). The positive impact that the programme had on my ability to manage my condition prompted my desire for greater involvement.
I am an accredited tutor, assessor and master/lead trainer, recognised both by Stanford University and under Ss2Q. I have also been able to combine my academic qualifications -BSc.(Hons) and an MBA (marketing) - my post graduate teaching and other business experience with my EPP qualifications to provide consulting services and support to Primary Care Trusts and other organisations enabling them to deliver the programme efficiently and cost effectively.
