Stanford University have developed My Action Planner, a mobile implementation of the popular Action Plans contained within Stanford self-management programmes.

My Action Planner is a goal-setting tool that will help individuals make the changes they want to live a healthier and happier life. Through studies conducted by organisations around the world, users have reported that Action Plans have helped them bring about significant improvements in energy, self-reported general health, and social/role activities in a matter of months.
