The Talking Health Network provides access to a range of individuals with the expertise to support and nurture the development of knowledge, confidence and skills among people living with long term conditions.
QISMET certification and registration ensures providers are working to standards developed and produced with the provider community, Department of Health, commissioners and people with long term health conditions themselves.
Ergsy is a not for profit organisation providing free videos on subjects relevant to the over 60s. All videos in the Ergsy library have been vetted for accuracy and are made by trusted professionals.
Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA has designed and developed its own disease-specific programs to help give individuals the skills, support and knowledge to take control of their health and live an active life.
These programs are evidence-based and stick to strict research criteria (Curtin and UWA) before being offered as a service program.
Results from these programs have shown improvements in quality of life and pain management, and results have been published by reputable peer-review journals and presented at the most prestigious national and international rheumatology conferences.
We offer programs for Osteoarthritis of the Knee, Rheumatoid/Psoriatic Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis.
